Please read all the listed information below regarding our programs, our service and the delivery options we offer before making an order. This will make the process much smoother for both sides.

Delivery around Prague and our own nonstop Pick-Up spots

Before ordering, check the map below to see if we are delivering to your desired address and, if so, under what zone you fall under. Or you can choose your own Pick Up from 1 of our 2 Pick Up spots in Prague, which operate around the clock. If you need any clarification regarding logistics or Pick Up, please do not hesitate to contact our logistics department – from Monday to Thursday.

Order online

Choose your program, number of calories, length of the program and method of delivery. Simply put in the cart, fill out the order, mention the starting date and pay directly online. As simple as that.

Five healthy meals a day

From Sunday to Thursday between 18:00 and 21:30, or from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 9:30 in the morning, we make sure to deliver your daily fresh meals consisting of five courses. If you choose to order 6 days a week, we will prepare your meals also for Saturday. These are delivered on Thursdays (or Friday morning) together with your Friday meals.

Delivery changes and other modifications

If an unexpected situation arises and you’ll need to request a change of delivery or pause your program, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. All contact information can be found here.

Logistics information

Morning delivery is always on the day of the actual food consumption. Therefore, when making an order, please always enter the actual date of delivery (not the cooking day – which is the day before).

The courier is able to wait for you for 10 minutes and if he/she fails to contact you, he/she will automatically take your bag to the nearest Pick Up place for a charge fee of CZK 150. You can then pick up your bag at the Pick Up place at any time within two days of delivery. The courier can, however, also return to your address at a later time (if agreed by telephone), for also a charge fee of CZK 150 – cash directly to the courier. Therefore, if you know that you will not be available at your chosen address, let us know in advance at +420 731 040 508. We recommend you also give us alternative contact details, perhaps someone who can take your bag for you if we cannot reach you or an alternative place where we can leave your bag if we cannot reach you.

Delivery Zones

Purple Zone

Daily 7:00 – 9:30 or 18:00 – 20:00

Possible, but must be approved by the logistics department first: 20:00 – 21:30

Blue Zone

Daily 18:00 – 20:00 or 20:00 – 21:30

Pink (outer) Zone

Daily 20:00 – 21:30

Delivery outside the marked zones is NOT possible. In this case, you are able to use one of our non-stop Pick Up spots.
