Description
In the Pesce program, there are NO meats except for fish. It includes daily fish which contains an important source of iodine and phosphorus. In order for the diet to be beneficial for the body in the long run, it is necessary to obtain the necessary proteins, iron, zinc and B vitamins from other quality sources. We have consistently thought of this when compiling the Pesce balanced menu. It is supplemented with dairy products, cheeses, yoghurts, eggs and legumes.
The 5-course daily menu always consists of 1 fish dish.
Supported foods
Only fish meat, legumes, nuts and seeds, fruit and vegetables, dairy products, cheese, eggs, coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil (excluding vegetable oils such as rapeseed oil). MyChef Vege desserts.
The diet does not contain
Meat (other than fish), other seafood, gluten, refined sugar, cereals, GMO foods
