Description
We’ve created a program for those who live a meat-free lifestyle or simply for those who need a break from meat. Meat is replaceable. Our vegetarian program remains a well-balanced diet, full of protein, zinc, iron, vitamin B12 and iodine. We have consistently thought about this in the vegetarian menu. It is complemented by top quality dairy ingredients, eggs and, of course, legumes.
Supported foods
Dairy products, cheese, eggs, nuts and seeds, fruit and vegetables, coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil (excluding vegetable oils such as rapeseed oil). MyChef Vege desserts.
The diet does not contain
Gluten, refined sugar, cereals, GMO foods and of course meat & fish.
