    Balanced diet programs

    MyChef Kitchen, it is low-carb boxes with no gluten, no sugar and based on successful dietetic principles. All prepared from scratch and with love.

    Daily fresh full menus of 3 to 5 courses in portion sizes small, medium, large and extra large. Choose from Healthy Balance, Keto, Vegan, Flexi, Low carb or Lactose Free programs. Order boxes for 1, 2, or 4 weeks Monday through Friday or Saturday.

    We'll deliver your boxes anywhere in Prague, or you can pick them up for free at our two self-service pick-up points or six external pick-up points across Prague.
