How do I pick up boxes at the pick-up point?
Once your order is placed and processed, we will give you a code to enter thepick-up point. You can pick up your boxes whenever you want.
How long do you leave the boxes in the pick-up point?
Your boxes will be waiting for you for 48 hours. If you want to leave your boxes in thepick-up point longer, please contact logistics.
Can I pick up my boxes every second day?
If you want a complete menu for the whole week, this is unfortunately not possible. The only option is to prepare the same menu twice in one day for two days in advance.
When can I pick up my food for the first time after ordering?
When you order, you specify the date on which we will cook your boxes for the first time. Pickup at the Střelničnápick-up point is possible from 18:30. In the Truhlářskápick-up point, it is possible to pick up your boxes between 18:00 and 19:00, with the driver always informing you that your boxes are ready in thepick-up point.
How do the external pick-up point work?
Boxes will be ready for pick up at the pick-up points between 17:00 and 21:00. Once the boxes are ready for pick up, you will receive a text message informing you that you can pick up your boxes and you can pick them up within thepick-up points opening hours.
