The menu for each day may change slightly during the week. We pay the utmost attention to the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Therefore, if any of the ingredients from our suppliers do not meet these criteria, we try to respond as quickly as possible and adjust the menu.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with baby spinach and parmesan. MyChef gluten free bread. Tomato & feta salad

Lunch: Braised top blade steak, MyChef dill sauce & baked veggies

Dinner: Eggplant steak gratin with harissa and mozzarella cheese. Cauliflower hummus. Fried chickpeas. Za’atar

Snack: Grilled zucchini. Bacon gremolata

Dessert: Avocado&chocolate muffin with home-made blueberry yoghurt

 

Tue 

Breakfast: Sweet zucchini bread with mascarpone cream & plums compote

Lunch: Beans&chorizo stew(beans, paprika, chorizo). Grilled Halloumi. Green salad.(whole leaves of the normal green salad)

Dinner: Pork medallions with herbs pesto, spicy braised cabbage & Grenaille potatoes

Snack: Thyme & garlic olives. Balkan cheese

Dessert: Yoghurt & strawberries cake

 

Wed 

Breakfast: Savoury waffles BLT. Cucumber salad

Lunch: Pork loin. Pea stew. Potato puree. Pickled carrots

Dinner: Chicken breast, mixed leaves salad, artychokes, blue cheese, bacon, walnut crumble. Raspberry dressing

Snack: Baked tomato soup. Mozzarella

Dessert: Baked pineapple. Coconut cream with mint. Pistachios

 

Thu 

Breakfast: Cacao pancakes. Crème fraiche. Sour cherries compote

Lunch: Gluten-free lasagna. Rucola salad. Cherry tomatoes.

Dinner: Grilled turkey breast. Beetroot risotto. Pickled beetroot. Bryndza cheese.

Snack: Baked cauliflower. Sun-dried tomatoes pesto

Dessert: Chocolate-coated strawberries. Mascarpone cream

 

Fri 

Breakfast: Egg spread. MyChef bread. Salad with beetroot & horseradish

Lunch: Baked goat cheese. Pickled radish salad. Roasted veggies

Dinner: Asian rice noodles. Crunchy veggies. Grilled Chicken breast. Green thai curry sauce

Snack: Waldorf salad

Dessert: Berry crumble cake

Breakfast: Brie and spinach frittata. Salad

Lunch: Mexican pulled beef salad

Dinner: Warm quinoa, kale, fennel and apple salad. Grilled chicken breast. Feta cheese. Pomegranate seeds.
