Delivery and logistics
Morning delivery is always valid for the day of the meal. Therefore, for morning delivery, when ordering, please specify the day before (the day of cooking), rather than the day you want the meal.
If the courier is not able to reach you (you are not picking up / not responding), he will automatically take your boxes after all deliveries or the next morning to the delivery office at Truhlářská 29, Prague 1 - open 24 hours (you need the door code, which the courier should send you) - shipping fee 150,- CZK. You can pick up the boxes here anytime within two days of delivery. Therefore, if you know that you will not be able to be reached at the address, please let us know in advance on the number: +420 246 034 084 indicated in the text message notifying you of the time of delivery or +420 731 040 508, or fill in the note during the order with an alternative contact who can take the boxes for you when you are not available.

Evening delivery Sunday to Thursday between 17:00 and 22:00.
Morning delivery Monday to Friday between 6:45 and 10:00 (Prague).
Delivery outside the designated zones is not possible. You can use one of our delivery points.

Pick-up points
MyChef Kitchen pick-up points are open non-stop. You will receive your access code after ordering the program.
Boxes must be picked up at external pick-up points during opening hours. Boxes will be ready for pick up at the pick-up points around 17:00. Once the boxes are ready for pick up, you will receive a text message informing you that you can pick up the boxes.
