The menu for each day may change slightly during the week. We pay the utmost attention to the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Therefore, if any of the ingredients from our suppliers do not meet these criteria, we try to respond as quickly as possible and adjust the menu.

Mo:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with baby spinach and parmesan. Savory pancakes. Tomato & feta salad

Lunch: Braised beef. Baked veggies. Dill sauce

Dinner: Gnocchi. Bryndza and broccoli sauce. Sundried tomatoes. Peas. Grilled chicken breast

Snack 1: Chickpea salad with red onion and paprika.

Snack 2: Avocado muffins

 

Tue:

Breakfast: Overnight oatmeal with cinnamon and cardamom. Mango sauce. Walnuts. Dates 

Lunch:  Mediterranean bean stew. Pork loin. Romana Salad with dijon dressing

Dinner: Grilled chicken leg. Braised cabbage. Baked potatoes. Herbs pesto

Snack 1: Thyme & garlic olives. Balkan cheese

Snack 2: Yogurt & strawberry cake

  

Wed:

Breakfast: Zucchini waffles. Bacon. Cheddar. Harissa. Romana salad

Lunch: Pork loin. Pea stew. Potato puree. Pickled carrots

Dinner: Chicken breast, mixed leaves salad, artichokes, bacon, walnut crumble. Raspberry dressing

Snack 1: Baked tomato soup. Mozzarella

Snack 2: Baked pineapple. Coconut cream with mint. Walnuts

 

Thu:

Breakfast: Cacao pancakes. Crème fraiche. Sour cherries compote

Lunch:  Lasagna bolognese. Salad with parmesan

Dinner: Turkey breast. Rice pilaf with veggies

Snack 1: Carrot hummus. Vegetable sticks

Snack 2: Baked Hokkaido pumpkin. Bryndza cream. Kimchi oil. Walnuts

 

Fri:

Breakfast: Croissant with eggspread. Rucola salad. Cherry tomatoes

Lunch:  Grilled pork loin with sundried tomato pesto. Mixed veggies. Pickled radishes

Dinner: Asian rice noodles. Crunchy veggies. Grilled Chicken breast. Green Thai curry sauce

Snack 1:Waldorf salad

Snack 2:Berry crumble cake

 

 

Sat:

Breakfast: Brie and spinach quiche. Cucumber salad

Lunch:  Mexican pulled beef salad

Dinner: Warm quinoa, kale, fennel, and apple salad. Grilled chicken breast. Feta cheese. Pomegranate seeds. 

Snack 1: Minestrone soup

Snack 2: Apple and poppy seed cake
