The menu for each day may change slightly during the week. We pay the utmost attention to the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Therefore, if any of the ingredients from our suppliers do not meet these criteria, we try to respond as quickly as possible and adjust the menu.

Dinner: Eggplant steak gratin with harissa and mozzarella cheese. Cauliflower hummus. Za’atar

Lunch: Pork medallions with herbs pesto, spicy braised cabbage & broccoli

Lunch: Pork loin. Pea stew. Cauliflower puree. Our fermented cucumbers

Dinner: Chicken breast, mixed leaves salad, artichokes, blue cheese. Raspberry dressing

Snack: Baked tomato soup. Mozzarella

Breakfast: Cacao pancakes. Crème fraiche. Sour cherries compote

Lunch: Eggplant moussaka. Rucola salad. Cherry tomatoes.

Dinner: Grilled turkey breast. Wilted spinach. Broccoli. ‘Quattro formaggi’ sauce
