For the time being, we deliver only around Prague or to our 2 Pick-Up places. Please see our delivery map HERE. If you are out of reach of the delivery, you can use one of our pick-up place.

It can be done. Create an order by selecting your delivery zone for the first program and for the second program choose the Pick Up spot which is free of charge (do that with the rest of the programs, if you are ordering more programs). It’s most of the time self-explanatory, but you may add a note (in the order) that both (or more) programs will be delivered to the same address.

When ordering, you will enter the date of when you’d like us to deliver your first set of meals. We will deliver according to that. We won’t be able to add you to the system earlier than in the next 48 hrs. We are always talking about the date of delivery (NOT the date of the actual consumption). Same applies if it’s morning delivery.

Example 1: Today is Sunday, I order my meals and enter the day of cooking -Tuesday- with delivery from 18:30 to 20:00. We will , therefore, deliver your meals to you on Tuesday between 18:30 – 20:00 – your food for consumption on Wednesday.

Example 2:Today is Sunday, I order my meals and enter the day of consumption -Wednesday- because I want morning delivery. We will, therefore, cook and prepare your meals for you on Tuesday and deliver them on Wednesday morning (consumption on Wednesday).

Yes, it is possible. But the smallest order is always 3 meals a day (2 of which are main meals) for 5 days. You can divide these 5 days throughout the next 2 weeks. We will just need you to write which days you’d like us to deliver to you. Please add a note in the order form.

The courier is able to wait for you for 10 minutes and if he/she fails to contact you, he/she will automatically take your bag to the nearest Pick Up place for a charge fee of CZK 150. You can then pick up your bag at the Pick Up place at any time within two days of delivery. The courier can, however, also return to your address at a later time (if agreed by telephone), for also a charge fee of CZK 150 – cash directly to the courier. Therefore, if you know that you will not be available at your chosen address, let us know in advance at +420 731 040 508. We recommend you also give us alternative contact details, perhaps someone who can take your bag for you if we cannot reach you or an alternative place where we can leave your bag if we cannot reach you.

Yes! Yes! Except for the Christmas and New Year holidays, we deliver boxes without a break. And if we do decide to take a break, we’ll always let you know well in advance.

It’s NOT possible. At the beginning of your program, we’ll ask you to choose 2 main dishes (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and whether you want a snack or dessert. The program must be set this way for a week. It’s possible to change it for next week, which starts on a Monday. (delivery Sunday evening or Monday morning).


No, it’s not valid. The number of calories is always set for a complete program. If you have 3 main meals or 2 main meals with a dessert or a snack, the number of calories is lower. If you want to know the number of calories before ordering, contact us.

The minimum order is for 5 days and 3 meals per day (either 3 main meals or 2 main meals with dessert OR a snack).

The maximum period is 2 months. If you do not unpause your program within 2 months of the initial pause date, the program will No longer be valid.

No. When ordering 5 days a week (5, 10, 20 days), meals are always delivered on weekdays. Saturdays are not included, no matter what day of the week you start. If you want to include Saturdays, please order a program of 6 days a week.

You can find the nutritional values at the bottom of the WEEKLY MENUS page. Values are set for the entire program / per day. If you have a modified program with some Special Requirements, the nutritional values may not match.

We do not make custom menus. You can choose from our ready-made programs – Keto, Paleo, Healthy Balance, Pesce or Vege.

All our programs are suitable for weight reduction. All are sugar-free and gluten-free. It mainly depends on what your lifestyle looks like, how active you are, what your main goal is and generally what your preferences are (no meat, no dairy products, or just a balanced diet etc.) According to this information, it is VERY important to choose the right portion size (number of calories). Active athletes obviously need more calories than a person who spends most of their time in the office. We are not nutritional advisors and rather build our advice on our experiences. If you want more professional advice, it will be better if you contact a nutritionist.

Yes, everything is really 100% sugar-free. For the Keto program we use: Xilitol, erythritol, stevia and monk fruit.

For Healthy Balance / Paleo / Vege / Pesce programs we use: erythritol, stevia, monk fruit, honey & 100% organic raw coconut sugar

There’s a list of things that set MyChef meals apart from other meal-delivery companies.

Every day, we’ll deliver fresh and diverse meals made from premium ingredients. Which are all carefully selected. Nothing is stored in freezers or fridges. Simply fresh every day. All the ingredients are delivered on our cooking day and all used on that day, therefore no unnecessary wastage created.

We cook and prepare everything from scratch! No shop-bought-ready products. Sauces, bread, spices, desserts, etc … all made by us!

All our programs are 100% gluten free and sugar free. Paleo is also lactose-free.

We have No VIP section. Because all our clients are VIP. As cringy as it may sound, it is the truth. There is only one more important VIP, and that is our planet. All our packages are fully compostable. The boxes belong to the biological waste, or they are sorted into the paper container. The top foil is made of bioplastic and belongs to biowaste. All your meals are delivered in paper bags which you may return to us and we will recycle them. Our customer service is without doubt best in Prague and so are the delivery options and service. Pick-up spots

Once you order, we will send you a code which will allow you access into the Pick Up place. Once you have the code, you are able to pick up your meals at ANYTIME (after 18:00 on the day of cooking – first day of week SUNDAY).

Your bag will stay in the fridge at the Pick Up place for a maximum of 48 hours. After that, we will need to get rid of the bag, because of hygiene reasons.

Yes, you can pick up your meals every other day, as they automatically stay there for 48 hrs. This means that you will always pick up 2 bags at a time.

When making an order, you will enter the date of your first day of collection. On this day, you will be able to pick-up your meals at any time from 18:00 (meals for the next day). Always enter the day of Pick-Up and we automatically assume that you pick up on the day before consumption. Otherwise, please specify in the notes of the order form.
