This choice is anchored in our unwavering commitment to deliver the highest quality, most flavorful dishes while expanding our menu to celebrate a broader range of tastes—something many of you have expressed a desire for.

We know that gluten-free options support some of our diners, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding as we navigate this transition. The reality we faced was that the gluten-free restriction limited our ability to be creative and diverse in our offerings. We want to ensure that every meal captures the essence of what we believe in: fresh, flavorful, and balanced dishes for everyone to enjoy.

So, what does this mean for you? Get ready for some exciting new menu items! We’re committed to making everything from scratch, including delicious homemade breads that will now include gluten. Fancy a slice of our freshly baked rye bread or some homemade focaccia? You got it! We’ll also reinvent old favorites by adding pasta, wraps, and even weekly pasta specials that promise to be both interesting and satisfying.

Our signature pancakes, waffles, and savory dishes for breakfast will now include gluten, but don’t worry, we’ll still keep our soups and sauces gluten-free, crafted from seasonal vegetables and rich bone stocks to ensure they’re as wholesome as ever.

Rest assured, the quality you’ve come to love remains unchanged. Using gluten does not mean meals will become heavy or unhealthy. On the contrary, we are dedicated to creating well-balanced plates packed with nutrition while keeping tastes exciting and fresh.

A final note: our new Detox Box will remain gluten-free, so you can still enjoy that healthy, guilt-free reward on the go!
