1. Choose Your Program: All our meal programs are designed without sugar and gluten to support your health journey. Sugar intake has been linked to severe health issues, including cancer, so we prioritize these dietary restrictions.

2. Select Your Ideal Plan: We offer five tailored meal programs:

   - Detox (3 or 6 days): Kickstart your health journey with a cleansing detox, perfect after indulgent festivities.

   - Healthy Balance: A well-rounded, nutritious meal plan for those looking to maintain their weight without the pressure of quick fixes.

   - Low-Carb: Ideal for those looking to reduce carbohydrate intake. This plan focuses on the benefits of reduced carbs, which can lead to weight loss and improved energy levels.

   - Vegetarian: Our vegetarian meals are not only incredibly nutritious but also increasingly popular among our carnivorous clients.

   - Flexitarian: A balanced approach offering flexibility in meat intake while still focusing on health.

### Delivery & Pick-Up Options

We understand that traditional delivery isn’t for everyone. While we work towards innovative pick-up solutions, we currently offer:

- Flexible Pick-Up Points: Collect your meals at our 24/7 pick-up locations with just a code, or choose from various locations around the city with convenient hours.

- Delivery Flexibility: Afternoon or evening deliveries are available, but we recommend caution with morning deliveries, especially if you order breakfast.

- Special Delivery Requests: Share any unique delivery needs when you order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

### Meal Preparation

To ensure you enjoy our meals to the fullest, we recommend transferring the food onto a plate before heating it, either in the microwave (without foil!) or in the oven.

- Pause Your Plan: Need a break? Let us know at least two days in advance, and you can pause your program for up to 15 days.
