Delivery and logistics
Morning delivery is always valid for the day of the meal. Therefore, for morning delivery, when ordering, please specify the day before (the day of cooking), rather than the day you want the meal.
If you do not reach the courier, he will automatically take your boxes after all deliveries or the next morning to the pick-up point at Truhlářská 29, Prague 1 - open 24 hours (you need the door code, which the courier should send you) - if you manage to arrange with the carrier on the infoline in the evening during the delivery, you can arrange delivery again the next day in the morning-afternoon for a fee of 100Kč - payment to the courier.
You can pick up the boxes anytime within 48h after delivery. If you know you are not going to be reachable at the address, please let us know well in advance. Alternatively, during the order process, fill in a note with an alternate contact who can pick up the boxes for you when you are unavailable, or select a location at the address where the courier can possibly leave the bags.
Delivery can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance.
Morning delivery :
For the morning delivery option, we recommend a program without breakfast. Your food may be delivered outside of the time window and usually with a delay, which unfortunately we cannot control based on traffic. If you choose morning delivery with a program that includes breakfast, the courier may not arrive on time. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery time:
Evening delivery from Sunday to Thursday between 16:30 and 22:00.
Morning delivery Monday to Friday between 6:30 and 10:00 (Prague, postcode 1xx xx only).
Delivery outside delivery addresses is not possible. If you are not sure if you are within the delivery radius, please contact us. Or you can use one of our pick-up points.
Pick-up points
MyChef Kitchen pick-up points are open non-stop. You will receive your access code after ordering the program.
Boxes must be picked up at outside dispensaries during business hours.
Once the boxes are ready for pick up, you will receive a text message informing you that you can pick up the boxes.
