The menu for each day may change slightly during the week. We pay the utmost attention to the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Therefore, if any of the ingredients from our suppliers do not meet these criteria, we try to respond as quickly as possible and adjust the menu.

Breakfast: Caprese salad. Homemade pesto. MyChef low-carb bread. Rukola salad

Lunch: Beef meatloaf. Carrot puree. Baked carrots. Bryndza cream. Almond and chilli crumble

Dinner: Turkey breast with creamy paprika sauce. Zucchini gratin

Snack: Beetroot and sweet potato velouté soup. Goat cheese

Dessert: Plum frangipane cake

 

Wed 

Breakfast: Coconut pancakes with mascarpone cream & berry sauce

Lunch Chicken breast. Thai red curry with coconut milk. Grilled pak choi. Wilted Asian veggies. Cauliflower Rice

Dinner: Warm Nicoise salad. Horseradish dressing

Snack: MyChef zelnacka (sauerkrat soup)

Dessert: Sugar-free banoffee pie

 

Thu 

Breakfast: Shakshuka with poached eggs

Lunch: Chicken roulade, brie, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, bacon. Mediterranean millet salad. Jogurt, shallot, and fermented cucumber dressing

Dinner: Pork tenderloin with bearnaise sauce & MyChef ratatouille

Snack: Baked mushrooms with pesto & blue cheese

Dessert: Coconut, strawberry & choco cake

Breakfast: Almond butter & blueberry jam on sweet zucchini bread. Yogurt. Hazelnuts

Lunch: Steamed veal with horseradish sauce. Spinach. Root veggies

Dinner: MyChef Cobb salad with chicken breast

Snack: Fermented cabbage salad with dried plums and nuts
